Koo Kee Dumpling & Ramen House
We are a
handmade noodle specialty restaurant that uses fresh and natural
ingredients combined with hand technique. Our cuisine originated from Northern
China and our chefs developed their own special techniques to pull the
noodles and create the delicate dim sum.
Our signature
dishes are人参鸡汤拉面 (Ramen with
Double-Boiled Ginseng Chicken Soup), 小笼包 (Xiao Long Bao), 麦香豆腐 (Deep-Fried Beancurb with Cereals) and 秘酱烧鸡 (Roasted
Crispy Chicken in Homemade Sauce).
