Long queues and long waiting time at your favourite food stall during lunch times are common scenarios. But at Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo Mee, you will not have such problems. We have perfected a highly productive 2-man operating system to give you fast and good service.


With our established system, each dish is ready in only 30 seconds, on average. Each customer orders from the standard sets listed on our menu. This facilitates fast service. Our 2-man operating system brings down the overheads. The savings are transferred to our customers through our economically priced products.

This concept has long been recognized by foodcourt and coffee shop operators, including Food Junction, CIAS, NTUC Foodfare & Aik Hua, as an ideal system for the food retail market.


Marketing & Advertising

Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo Mee has maintained good relations with the media, built up through the years. Our Koo Kee brand and other Gao Ji Food brands have been featured in The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao since the 1980s. Besides the print media, our brand name has also appeared on television in MediaCorp's variety and documentary programmes.

For greater exposure, we have participated in exhibitions like the Singapore Food Expo and the Franchise Exhibition organized by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board.

Periodically, we will advertise our brands and franchise package in the major newspapers and annual reports of various organizations. Pamphlets and brochures are also distributed for a wider reach.



Quality Control

Koo Kee Yong Tow Foo Mee guarantees freshness in the food
it serves. The Yong Tow Foo, freshly made and chilled at our factory, are delivered daily to our stalls around Singapore. To ensure quality, refrigerated vans are used. The Yong Tow Foo are only fried at the stall so that our customers are served only the freshest.

High quality and standards are maintained at our stalls through systematic staff training and regular stall inspections. Our mission is to offer our customers high quality food and good service with every order, everyday.



Process & Product Innovation

We are constantly seeking ways to enhance our customers' experience at our stalls, be it in food or service. Time and money has been invested in research to develop recipes that entice our customers. New items are added to our menu regularly. Different cooking methods and ingredients are sourced, developed and tested before we introduce the most palatable menu selection to the market.
