Are there any other fees besides the initial investment?
Yes, a monthly collection of royalty based on 3% of gross sales.

Can I use my own contractors for the initial setup?

We have an approved team of contractors that handles the renovation of our outlets. This is to maintain the standard design and image of our outlets. Therefore, we require our franchisees to use the same team of contractors.

Can I use my own food suppliers?
Yes, except for the Yong Tow Foo and other signature ingredients that are supplied by us.

Who will be the food license holder?
You. We will help you prepare the necessary documents for submission.

What are the usual operating hours?
Seven days a week and 12 hours a day is the norm. However, the actual operating hours will depend on the respective food court or coffee shop.

Are there restrictions on what can be sold at the stall?
You can only sell items listed on our standard menu.

How are advertising and promotion costs divided?
Every year, a few corporate advertisements will be launched as part of the franchise package. However, materials created specially for the promotion of your stall are chargeable.

Will you set up another stall near my location?
No.We expand strictly according to the demographics of the location.

What happens after the 2-year term?
If mutually agreeable, you will most probably get to renew the franchise. Upon renewal, we will charge you a preferential franchise fee.

What would happen if I want an early termination of the franchise agreement?
You must give us three months' notice in writing and there will be no refund of your franchise fee and deposit.
