Koo Kee Yong Tow
Foo Mee
The signature dish of
Gao Ji Food, Koo Kee's Yong Tow Foo (stuffed bean curd cakes)
are freshly-made with stuffing of fish paste. The main draw is
naturally the tasty and juicy tau hu (soft white bean curd),
tau pok (fried bean curd), tau kee (bean curd skin) and
fishballs. The Yong Tow Foo floats invitingly in a steaming
bowl of soup, sweetened by the ikan bilis and soya bean stock.
The dish comes complete with a bowl of fine egg noodles topped
with minced chicken. The egg noodles are cooked to perfection
to give them a firm and smooth taste.
